SEK Member, Daryl Staley, Earns Valuation Credential
SEK, CPAs & Advisors is pleased to announce that Daryl Staley, CPA, CVA, MBA, has earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). This credential is awarded to qualified professionals with business valuation experience who have completed a rigorous training and examination process.
As the firm’s Director of Business Valuation & Advisory, Daryl specializes in business valuations, particularly for estate planning, buy-sell agreements, business acquisitions, and debt and equity financing, providing strategic insights to help clients make informed financial decisions. Daryl serves as Member-in-Charge of the York office and has 13 years of experience working with closely held businesses and individuals on tax planning and compliance, financial statement preparation, and consulting. He supports clients across a range of industries, with a focus in construction and real estate.
In addition to his client work and leadership within the firm, Daryl is involved in many professional organizations, having been named a 2024 Young Leader Award winner by the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs (PICPA) for his commitment to the accounting profession through PICPA activities and community service. He was also named a Forty Under 40 honoree in 2023 by Central Penn Business Journal for his professional accomplishments, community service, and commitment to inspiring change.
