SEK Admits Two New Members of the Firm

The Members of SEK, CPAs & Advisors are pleased to announce that Cory Cuffley, QKC®, QKA®, CFP®, CPA, and Ryan Leppo, CPA, MBA, have been admitted as Members of the Firm, effective January 1, 2026:
 

Cory Cuffley, QKC®, QKA®, CFP®, CPAis an integral part of SEK’s Retirement Plan Services Department and is based in the firm’s Hanover office. With more than seven years of combined experience as a corporate retirement plan advisor and third-party administrator, he guides organizations through the design, establishment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of corporate retirement plan benefits. Cory serves a diverse client base, working with professional service firms, medical practices, manufacturers, construction companies, nonprofits, governmental entities, and privately held businesses.

 

Cory received the Young Leader Award from the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs in 2019 and was named to the PLANADVISER Top 100 Retirement Plan Adviser list in 2022, recognizing top advisors nationwide.

 

Prior to working in retirement plan services, Cory spent more than seven years in public accounting at SEK, giving him a strong foundation and well-rounded perspective in client service. He also served in the Pennsylvania National Guard from 2011 through 2017.

 

Outside of the office, Cory serves on the Investment Committee for the Adams County Community Foundation. He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University, earned his Master of Accountancy degree from Villanova University, and was a member of the Class of 2021 of Leadership Harrisburg Area.

 

Cory balances an active family life with a personal commitment to fitness. In addition to supporting his daughter’s many activities, he enjoys fly fishing and is an avid disc golfer, often spending weekends on the course. He also enjoys watching the NFL, specifically following the Baltimore Ravens.

 

Ryan Leppo, CPA, MBA, brings more than a decade of experience providing tax and accounting services and is based in the firm’s Chambersburg office. As the leader of the firm’s Agricultural Services Team, he works primarily with medium-sized agricultural clients, preparing tax returns, financial statements, and advising on industry-specific issues. He also serves construction businesses and oversees tax return preparation and accrual engagements for financial institutions.

 

A member of the firm’s State & Local Tax (SALT) Committee, Ryan contributes to multi-state income and sales tax compliance reviews for clients with operations that cross state lines. He also supports the firm through internal training and research initiatives, staying on top of evolving guidance and sharing practical insights with colleagues and clients.

 

Outside of work, Ryan serves on the Board of Directors for the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter and on the Customer Advisory Committee of Horizon Farm Credit. He also sits on the Board for the annual Falling Spring Beer Fest in Chambersburg. Ryan earned both his undergraduate degree and MBA from Shippensburg University. He is a graduate of the Leadership Franklin County Class of 2021 and remains active in the program’s Alumni network.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys watching sports – especially college basketball – fishing, hiking, spending time with his wife and their two dogs, reading, traveling, and attending concerts.
