Delone Catholic High School is proud to announce a comprehensive revitalization of its Business Department, a move designed to equip students with modern professional skills while honoring the storied legacy of the alumni and faculty who built the program’s foundation.
For decades, Delone Catholic’s business education has been a cornerstone for students entering the workforce and higher education. This new chapter seeks to pay forward the dedication of past educators by expanding the curriculum to meet the demands of the 21st-century economy and launching a search for a visionary leader to head the department.
A Modernized Curriculum
The refreshed program will offer a robust slate of courses to develop both technical proficiency and leadership. The updated curriculum includes:

Strategic Leadership: Search for a Program Director
To lead this evolution, Delone Catholic is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven educator for the newly created Director of Business & Entrepreneurship Education/Business Teacher position.
This full-time faculty role is designed for a leader who can combine high-level classroom instruction with strategic program development. Key responsibilities for the new Director will include:
- Designing a real-world curriculum that integrates case studies, simulations, and guest speakers.
- Building strategic partnerships with local businesses, colleges, and the school’s vast alumni network.
- Expanding student opportunities through internships, mentorships, and dual-enrollment programs.
- Mentoring future leaders via student organizations and business competitions.
