Brown Plus Named One of the Greatest Places to Intern in Pennsylvania in 2025 by the Pennsylvania Chamber
Leading accounting and advisory firm, Brown Plus, is proud to announce that it was recently named one of the Greatest Places to Intern in Pennsylvania (PA) in 2025 by the PA Chamber.
The Greatest Places to Intern in PA Awards is a new initiative by the PA Chamber, which celebrates PA employers who create dynamic, engaging and educational experiences for their interns. The PA Chamber “recognizes the incredible value that hands-on internship experiences bring to interns and employers alike, as they often result in students staying in PA after graduation, boosting career opportunities and strengthening our workforce.” The award allows winners to showcase their commitment to nurturing talent and providing an outstanding workforce for young professionals.
“At Brown Plus, we deeply value our interns for their many contributions to our team, and we look to hire many of our interns into full-time positions,” said Ken Wolfe, CPA, CGMA, President and Managing Principal at Brown Plus. “In fact, several of our Principals today started their careers as interns at Brown Plus. We’re honored to receive this recognition as one of the Greatest Places to Intern in PA, which affirms the strength of our internship program and the value we place on developing future talent – not just at our Firm, but within the accounting industry as a whole.”
The Brown Plus internship program is designed to help students gain valuable experience and insight into the everyday environment of a public accounting firm. In the Firm’s part-time, six- to eight-week program, students have the opportunity to perform meaningful work with a dynamic group of highly skilled professionals who are committed to providing top quality service, gaining exposure to various industries while having direct contact with Brown Plus clients.
“We are deeply honored to be recognized as one of the best places to intern in PA – a reflection of the supportive, engaging environment we strive to create through our internship program,” said Susan Yohn, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Director of Human Resources (HR) at Brown Plus. “From meaningful work to professional development and mentorship, we aim to ensure every intern feels valued and set up for long-term success in their careers within public accounting.”
