Barley Snyder Partner Stacey MacNeal Appointed to YWCA York Board of Directors
York, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that partner Stacey R. MacNeal has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the YWCA York.
The YWCA is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. Since 1891, YWCA York has led meaningful change by providing comprehensive services such as counseling, housing assistance, education and advocacy to those in need. The nonprofit also strengthens families through childcare and summer camp programs. Through these efforts, the organization remains a vital resource and advocate for social change in the region.
As a member of the board, MacNeal will help guide the organization’s strategic direction and governance, supporting critical programs that impact more than 28,000 York County residents annually.
“I am deeply honored to join the board of the YWCA York, an organization whose mission aligns so closely with my own values,” said MacNeal. “I look forward to strengthening its impact and helping ensure that the YWCA’s mission reaches even more individuals and families across York County.”
MacNeal is a member of Barley Snyder’s Real Estate Practice Group and chairs the firm’s Land Use Team. With more than 25 years of experience, she represents property owners and developers in all stages of real estate acquisition, financing, operations, development and divestment. Her extensive experience spans both commercial and residential real estate, with particular emphasis in the multi-family, industrial and commercial sectors. She is also a licensed title agent in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
In 2023, MacNeal was named to Central Penn Business Journal’s “Women of Influence Circle of Excellence” list. This prestigious and highly selective recognition is awarded to women who have demonstrated sustained professional achievement, notable long-term success within the Central Pennsylvania community, and a lasting commitment to mentoring and empowering other women.
