Barley Snyder Partner Reilly Noetzel Named Vice Chair of Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section
Lancaster, Pa. – We are pleased to announce that partner Reilly S. Noetzel has been appointed as Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
The Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section is one of PBA’s largest and most active groups, dedicated to advancing the practice and understanding of real estate, estate planning, probate, and trust law throughout the Commonwealth. The Section provides continuing legal education, legislative advocacy, publications, professional networking, and pro bono opportunities to its members. It also plays a critical role in reviewing and drafting legislation related to real property and estate law in Pennsylvania.
Noetzel was previously honored with the Section’s 2020 Trailblazer Award, recognizing professionals who demonstrate legal excellence, active participation in bar association activities, and a strong commitment to pro bono service.
“I am honored to serve as Vice Chair of the PBA’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section,” said Noetzel. “I look forward to supporting the Section’s mission through its educational initiatives, legislative work, and pro bono efforts that benefit vulnerable populations across Pennsylvania.”
A partner in Barley Snyder’s Real Estate, Construction, Environment, Land Use and Municipal groups, Noetzel represents clients in all aspects of real estate transactions and development. He is also a licensed title agent. Beyond his practice, Noetzel serves on the boards of the Central Market Trust, the Penn Manor Education Foundation and the Lancaster Bar Association, where he also chairs its Real Estate Law Section. He represents Lancaster County in the PBA House of Delegates and chairs the Ethics Committee for the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County. In addition, Noetzel is a member of the Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter and previously taught as an adjunct faculty member at Messiah University.
