Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community is proud to announce the appointment of Beverly Asper as its new President and CEO. Beverly joins the organization with a distinguished background in aging services, strategic planning, and community building.
Beverly brings over 25 years of leadership experience, including her work as Director of the Baker Tilly Advisory Group, where she led strategic planning and affiliation projects for senior living organizations nationwide. She has also served as a trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards, facilitating innovative solutions and fostering collaboration in the aging services sector.
“I am deeply honored and excited to join the Cross Keys Village family,” Beverly said. “This community is truly special—a place where purpose, meaning, and connection are woven into everyday life. I look forward to working alongside our residents, team members, and volunteers to honor our rich history while envisioning an inspiring future.”
A seasoned leader with a passion for innovation, Beverly has been a sought-after speaker at national and state-level conferences, sharing insights on governance, financial sustainability, and strategic growth. She recently completed her Master of Arts in Executive Leadership at Liberty University, further enriching her expertise in nonprofit management and organizational change.
Beverly’s commitment to service extends beyond her professional life. She is a dedicated volunteer and board member for organizations that align with her values of faith, compassion, and community.

Founded in 1908, Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community is one of the largest nonprofit continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in Pennsylvania, serving older adults through innovative programs, compassionate care, and a commitment to excellence.
Beverly Asper officially started her role as CEO on December 2, 2024 and she looks forward to connecting with residents, team members, and community partners in the months ahead.
