Downtown Hanover Businesses Unite for Pride Rainbow Scavenger Hunt

Hanover, PA — Little Fox Coffee & Books, a beloved coffee shop and indie bookstore located at 125 Broadway in downtown Hanover, is proud to announce the first-ever Pride Rainbow Scavenger Hunt, a free, self-guided community event celebrating Pride Month across downtown Hanover. The event will take place on Saturday, June 6th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Inspired by the success of Main Street’s popular Four Leaf Clover Hunt, the Pride Rainbow Scavenger Hunt invites participants of all ages to pick up a free passport and map at Little Fox Coffee & Books, then explore downtown Hanover searching for hidden rainbows displayed at 22 participating local businesses. When participants find a rainbow, they receive a rainbow sticker for their passport. Those who collect all the stickers and return their completed passport to Little Fox Coffee & Books will be eligible to win a prize.
“As a queer business owner in downtown Hanover, I believe visibility matters. When people see rainbows in shop windows and feel welcomed in their own downtown, that changes lives. This scavenger hunt is a way for our local businesses to open their doors and say: you are safe here. You are celebrated here. You belong here.”
— Kiki Page, Owner, Little Fox Coffee & Books
The event features an impressive lineup of 22 downtown Hanover businesses representing a wide range of local shops, restaurants, studios, and entertainment venues. Participating businesses include:
Aldus Brewing Company • Rainbow Rose Center • The Cake Bar • COB51 Art Studio • Cultivated Essentials Co. • Dawg Gone Bees • Eteam Productions • Four Corners Comics & Games • Hanover Area Arts Guild • Jocelyn’s Puppies & Pet Supplies • Kosmos Music • La Libertad • Let’s Play: Games and Hobbies • Lydian Stone at Greer’s Burger Garage • Salinas Mini Mart • The Sea Gypsy • The Serpent’s Key Shoppe & Sanctuary • Seventh Shelf • Timeless Betty • Timeline Arcade • Vault Video Games • Warehouse Gourmet Bistro & Brewpub
The event is completely free to participate in and requires no registration. Passports and maps will be available at Little Fox Coffee & Books beginning at 10:00 AM on June 6th. The scavenger hunt is self-guided, allowing families and individuals to explore at their own pace throughout the day. Participants are encouraged to shop, dine, and support the local businesses they visit along the way.
The Pride Rainbow Scavenger Hunt is part of a broader vision by Page to celebrate Pride Month in downtown Hanover and shine a light on local businesses as safe, inclusive, and affirming spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies. Page has noted that this event is just one of many Pride-themed community activities & events she hopes to bring to Hanover this year.
