Brown Plus Receives Best Places to Work in PA and America’s Best Workplaces Awards
Camp Hill, Lancaster and Hanover, PA: Leading accounting and advisory firm, Brown Plus, is thrilled to announce that it has been named both the #3 Best Place to Work in PA in 2025 in the medium-sized company category by Central Penn Business Journal (CPBJ), as well as the #7 best medium-sized workplace in 2026 via the America’s Best Workplaces Award, presented by Best Companies Group and BridgeTower Media.
“Being recognized as both a 2025 Best Place to Work in PA and one of America’s Best Workplaces in 2026 is an incredible honor,” said Ken Wolfe, CPA, CGMA, President and Managing Principal. “These continued acknowledgments reflect the drive, dedication and everyday excellence of our professionals, each of whom plays a meaningful role in shaping our workplace culture. I’m truly proud to work alongside each and every Brown Plus team member, whose commitment and teamwork drive our continued success.”
This year marks the 22nd time the Firm has been recognized on the list of the top 100 organizations to work for in Pennsylvania via the Best Places to Work in PA award. Brown Plus’ #3 ranking for 2025 was revealed at the Best Places to Work in PA Awards Celebration on December 4 at the Lancaster Marriott.
The annual Best Places to Work in PA program is a partnership between BridgeTower Media/CPBJ, Lehigh Valley Business and Best Companies Group. The award recognizes the top 100 organizations across the Commonwealth based on workplace practices and employee survey feedback, which is the most heavily weighted segment of the two-part process. To be considered, an employer must be a publicly or privately held business; be a for-profit business, nonprofit organization or governmental entity; have a facility within the state of Pennsylvania; have at least 15 full- or part-time employees working in Pennsylvania; and be in business a minimum of one year. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data to determine the final rankings.
This year also marks the second consecutive year the Firm has been recognized as one of America’s Best Workplaces after the award’s inauguration in 2025. Brown Plus’ #7 ranking for 2026 in the Medium Companies (50 to 249 employees) category was announced virtually via The Best Workplace Summit on December 10.
The America’s Best Workplaces Awards identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment across the United States. The award is a celebration of excellence in company culture that honors numerous employers and ranks the Top 10 workplaces in small, medium, large and enterprise business categories. Winners were previously recognized by Best Companies Group in at least one other data-driven recognition program, based on data from each company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics, as well as data from an employee survey that measured the employee experience.
“The 2026 America’s Best Workplaces are the best of the best in the United States,” said Jaime Raul Zepeda, Executive Vice President of Best Companies Group. “These businesses know that the people in their organizations are the key to their success, and they create environments that result in teamwork and excellence. At Best Companies Group, we are pleased to join with BridgeTower Media in celebrating these outstanding employers.”
