Barley Snyder Welcomes Business Attorney Kacey Jennings Fonner to Harrisburg Office
Harrisburg, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that attorney Kacey Jennings Fonner has joined the firm’s Business Practice Group in its Harrisburg office.
Fonner advises companies at all stages of the business lifecycle, from formation through exit. She works closely with entrepreneurs, founders and established businesses to provide practical, strategic advice tailored to their operational needs and long-term goals.
Her business practice includes advising on entity formation and structure, corporate governance, and counseling clients on a broad range of day-to-day business matters. Fonner also has an active mergers and acquisition practice and counsels business owners on transition planning alternatives. In addition, she has experience advising clients in highly regulated industries, including healthcare and financial services, on compliance considerations and risk-mitigation strategies. Before joining Barley Snyder, Fonner practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she supported sophisticated corporate matters and complex transactions.

A military veteran, Fonner served in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard for more than a decade, providing cyber systems and technology support as part of a combat communications squadron.

Fonner earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She also earned a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from East Stroudsburg University. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
