Barley Snyder Welcomes Attorney Jack Reynolds to Trusts & Estates and Business Practice Groups
Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that attorney Jack M. Reynolds has joined the firm's Trusts & Estates and Business practice groups. He will be based in the firm’s Lancaster office.
Reynolds focuses his practice on estate planning, helping individuals, families and business owners develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to their personal, financial and tax-planning objectives. He advises clients on wealth preservation and asset transfer strategies, state and federal estate tax considerations, and the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.
"I am excited to join Barley Snyder and become part of a firm with such a strong reputation for client service and community involvement," Reynolds said. "The firm's collaborative culture and depth of experience across practice areas provide a tremendous opportunity to serve clients and continue growing my practice. I look forward to building relationships throughout the Lancaster community and helping individuals, families and business owners plan for the future."
Before joining Barley Snyder, Reynolds practiced with a boutique estate planning firm in Annapolis, Maryland. Prior to law school, he worked as a corporate paralegal at a large North Carolina law firm where he gained experience in a variety of corporate and business matters.
"Jack is a great addition to the firm," said Randy R. Moyer, chair of Barley Snyder's Trusts & Estates Practice Group. " He is committed to helping clients navigate important planning decisions and brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to his work. We are pleased to have him as part of our Trusts & Estates and Business teams and look forward to his contributions.”
Reynolds earned his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.S. in Physics from Davidson College. Originally from North Carolina, Reynolds recently relocated to Lancaster and is looking forward to establishing his practice and becoming part of the local community.
