Barley Snyder Welcomes Four Law Students as Summer Associates
Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is proud to announce it has hired four law students to participate in its 2026 Summer Associate Program. The eight-week program is designed to give aspiring attorneys practical, hands-on legal training in a dynamic law firm environment.
Participating in the program are:
- Michael T. Agadis is a second-year law student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. The Lancaster native received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
- Grace E. Fox is a second-year law student at Penn State Dickinson Law. The Lansdale native received her undergraduate degree from Temple University in Psychology with minors in English and General Business Studies.
- Pietro G. Porco is a second-year law student at Penn State Dickinson Law. The Pittsburgh native received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hill University in Mathematics and Pre-law.
- Lauren E. Weaver is a second-year law student at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. The Lancaster native received her undergraduate degree from Lebanon Valley College in Political Science with minors in Spanish and Common Law.
“Our Summer Associate Program is designed to immerse students in the day-to-day practice of the law while giving them meaningful opportunities to contribute to client work,” said partner Paul F. Troisi, chair of the firm’s Summer Associate Program. “We’re excited to welcome such a talented group and look forward to helping them gain confidence as they begin their legal careers.”
During the program, the summer associates will work directly on active legal matters, rotate throughout the firm’s offices, and receive assignments across its various practice areas, industry groups and service teams. They will also have the opportunity to participate in social and networking events designed to build professional relationships with experienced attorneys throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland.
“We’re glad to have them with us this summer,” said Managing Partner Jennifer Craighead Carey. “Our program is built to give summer associates real exposure to client work and a clear sense of how we practice as a firm.
