Barley Snyder Partner Lindsey Cook Elected to Lancaster Chamber Board of Trustees
Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to share that partner Lindsey M. Cook has been elected to the board of trustees of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. This appointment reflects her ongoing involvement with the organization.
The Lancaster Chamber, located in downtown Lancaster, brings together businesses and community leaders to foster growth, collaboration and innovation. For more than 150 years, the organization has provided essential resources, advocacy, networking, and leadership development programs to empower its members and strengthen the local economy. Cook has been actively engaged with the Chamber through her service on the Young Professionals Network (YPN) Advisory Group and the Women in Business (WIB) Advisory Group, where she has championed initiatives supporting professional development and the advancement of women in business.
“It is an extraordinary honor to join the Lancaster Chamber’s Board of Trustees,” said Cook. “I look forward to partnering with dedicated leaders across our county to advance bold, meaningful initiatives that support our businesses and elevate the economic future of Lancaster County.”
Cook is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and co-chairs its Alternative Dispute Resolution Service Team. She represents businesses across Pennsylvania and Maryland in complex commercial litigation, handling matters including contract disputes, construction defects and intellectual property claims at both trial and appellate levels. In addition to her new role with the Chamber, the Lancaster native serves on the board of directors of the Clare House, a transitional housing program for mothers and children facing homelessness.
