Barley Snyder Attorney Curtis Tokach Appointed to York Legal Record Board of Directors
York, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to share that attorney Curtis J. Tokach has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the York Legal Record.
The York Legal Record is the official weekly publication of the York County Bar Association and a trusted source of legal information throughout York County and the Commonwealth. Published every Thursday, the Record features court case summaries, estates and real estate notices, business and civil notices, and coverage of significant legal decisions, serving attorneys, businesses, and residents alike.
“I’m honored to join the Board of Directors of the York Legal Record and support its longstanding commitment to providing reliable legal information to our community,” said Tokach. “I look forward to collaborating with fellow board members to advance the publication’s continued growth and impact.” Tokach is a member of Barley Snyder’s Litigation and Finance & Creditors Rights practice groups, where he represents clients in a range of civil matters. He continues a longstanding tradition of summer associates returning to the firm. Tokach graduated third in his class from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, earning summa cum laude honors, and previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Susan E. Schwab of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, where he conducted in-depth legal research and drafted judicial opinions.
His appointment continues the firm’s active involvement with the York Legal Record, following the nearly 10 years of board service of Barley Snyder Partner and newly elected York County Bar Association President Justin A. Tomevi.
