Barley Snyder Attorney Caleb Setlock Named to Lancaster Chamber’s Inaugural 30 Under 30
Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that attorney Caleb P. Setlock has been named to the Lancaster Chamber’s inaugural 30 Under 30 class, recognizing young professionals making an impact across Lancaster County.
The Lancaster Chamber’s 30 Under 30 recognition celebrates 30 emerging leaders for their professional achievements, leadership, community involvement and potential for the future. Candidates must be 30 years old or younger as of December 31, 2026.
A Lancaster County native, Setlock is an associate in Barley Snyder’s Employment Practice Group, where he advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters. He counsels businesses on workplace compliance, employee relations, investigations, disability accommodations and other employment issues, while also representing employers in litigation and agency proceedings.
“Caleb’s commitment to his clients and the Lancaster community makes this recognition especially well deserved,” said Managing Partner Jennifer Craighead Carey. “He has distinguished himself through his work as an attorney while also investing his time in organizations and programs that create opportunities for others. We are proud to see him recognized as one of Lancaster County’s emerging leaders.”
Setlock’s commitment to Lancaster County extends beyond his legal practice. He serves on the Board of Directors of United Way of Lancaster County and has served as a mentor through the Lancaster Chamber’s Discovering Paths program, helping local high school students explore career opportunities and develop professional skills.
“Growing up in Lancaster County, I’ve always appreciated the strong sense of community and the people and organizations that make it such a great place to live and work,” said Setlock. “It’s an honor to be part of the Lancaster Chamber’s inaugural 30 Under 30 class, and I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to give back and contribute to the region that has shaped me both personally and professionally.”
The 2026 honorees will be recognized at the YPN Holiday Soiree and 30 Under 30 Recognition Ceremony on December 9 at the Plain & Fancy Farm Restaurant in Bird-in-Hand, Pa.
