Service Technician
Staff Music & Amusements, A Miele Group Company, is looking to expand our team in Hanover, PA. We are a family-owned Amusements company seeking full-time, benefits-eligible Service Technicians. As a service technician, you should have general knowledge of electronic devices, with the ability to install cables, troubleshoot and repair amusement devices, and do some heavy lifting. This position requires travel to company locations in a company-provided vehicle. Good candidates must be honest, dependable, possess and maintain a clean driving record and a clean criminal background check. Responsibilities
- Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs for amusements related devices.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently.
- Utilize knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments.
- Experience in field service and general knowledge of electronic devices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Clean background check.
- Ability to move items in excess of 50 pounds.
