Stephen is a partner at B2B CFO®, the nation’s largest CFO firm serving the owners of emerging and mid-market companies. Stephen helps business owners get and keep more cash in their business. He also helps owners of privately held business plan and execute exit strategies.
Lorraine R. Nagy, CPA
Lorraine Nagy is a certified public accountant and regional manager for Brenner Accounting Services (BAS). She operates the Hanover branch of BAS Tax and Accounting, and has over 25 years experience assisting individuals and business owners with all their tax and accounting needs. Her areas of expertise include all aspects of income taxes, business taxation, financial statements, accounting systems, estate, trust and retirement planning, and general business consultations. She specializes in small business accounting.

CTY Capital partners with the community-minded business owner in order to help transition them out of their business, at the pace they desire, with the objective to ultimately shift ownership to an ESOP, management buyout or other local owner.
