Pennsylvania has the third highest percentage of elderly residents in the United States with nearly 2 million residents over the age of 65. Scam artists will seek out such populations with the hope that many of them will be unaware of their methods. Join Rep. Kristin Phillips-Hill and I for a Fraud Prevention Seminar and learn how to avoid becoming a victim of one of these scams, as well as how to properly report them to the authorities. York County Assistant District Attorney Dave Sunday will present information about the top 10 scams targeting seniors.
