Chalk it Up
Artists of all ages come to Downtown Hanover to participate in an event that celebrates the local artists! Participants will create their own works of art on sidewalk slabs for all to see. Judges will choose a favorite and cash prizes will be awarded to the winner! New this year, we will also have a people’s choice winner that will also be a winner of cash prizes!
