Grab your BFF and join us for this FREE event that will help you learn how to reduce stress, express your inner feelings and heal from within. Our special guest spakers, Cubby Conrad and Jennifer Thomas Ford, will teach you how to unleash your creative self! All materials will be provided.
This event is open to anyone who has experienced a life event - cancer, loss of a loved one, serious illness, loss of relationship or job, or any other life-altering event.
A healthy breakfast and lunch are provided.

Local vendors will be displaying a variety of products, from jewelry and food items to candles and nutritional information!
