14th Annual Heritage/ERA 5K Run/Walk for Muscular Dystrophy at Hillside Medical Center
Hillside Medical Center announces the 13th Annual Heritage/ERA Preferred Properties Run/Walk for Muscular Dystrophy, a 5K event which will take place rain or shine, at 9 a.m., Saturday, October 22, at the Hillside Medical Center, 250 Fame Avenue, Hanover.
Registration for the 5K begins at 8 a.m., with the run and walk following at 9 a.m.
Runners and walkers will not only be improving their own health, but also contributing to an important charitable cause – the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Certified Athletic Trainers from Hanover Rehab Centers will be available to provide medical assistance if needed. Refreshments will be available following the race.
Corporate as well as individual awards will be presented. Trophies will be awarded to the first three overall male and female finishers, as well as medals to the first three finishers in each age group.

Fees/Admission
If registered by September 12, the fee to walk or run is $20 which includes a t-shirt. The fee is $25 if registering after September 12 with t-shirts available while supplies last.
