Hanover, PA — The Borough of Hanover Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to announce a diverse lineup of spring programs designed to engage residents of all ages through creativity, wellness, nature exploration, and social outings. The spring season begins with Card Making for Beginners, taught by Dori Schneider, on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Guthrie Memorial Library Meeting Room, located at 2 Library Place, Hanover.
