BOROUGH COUNCIL ACTIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS:
PENNDOT WINTER SERVICES AGREEMENT: Approval was granted for Resolution No. 1415 for reimbursement for winter services.
SPECIAL EVENTS:
Trick-or-Treat Night in Borough of Hanover on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Hanover Area Jaycees Halloween Parade on Thursday, October 24, 2024
Dolphin & Anchor Block Party for change of date from August 17, 2024 to October 12, 2024
TRANSFER STATION HAULING CONTRACT: Approval was granted for a one-year extension with Double W Farms, LLC.
PERSONNEL REQUEST WITH UPDATED ORG CHART: Approval was granted for personnel request and updated organization chart.
NEW SEWER SERVICES AND WATER SHUT-OFF AGREEMENT: Approval was granted for a new sewer services agreement and water shut-off agreement between the Borough of Hanover and respective municipalities that utilize these services.
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT: Approval was granted for Ordinance No. 2371 amending Ordinance 1796 for residential rental registration in the Borough.
PRELIMINARY / FINAL MINOR SUBDIVISION PLAN: Approval was granted for Resolution No. 1416 for the Preliminary / Final Minor Subdivision Plan for Home City Ice Company, 236-238 Poplar Street, Hanover, PA.
MISCELLANEOUS FEE RESOLUTION: Approval was granted for Resolution No. 1417 revising the schedule of fees for permits, licenses, and services provided by the Borough of Hanover.
