Starvonsky Gibbs Re-Elected to Manufacturers’ Association Board of Directors

York, PA – October 7th, 2025 – The Manufacturers’ Association is pleased to announce the re-election of Starvonsky “Star” Gibbs, Talent Development Manager at The Hershey Company, to its Board of Directors. Gibbs’ continued leadership and deep commitment to workforce development will further strengthen the Association’s mission to support and advocate for manufacturers across South-Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland.

“We are proud to welcome Star back to our Board of Directors,” said Tom Palisin, Executive Director of the Manufacturers’ Association. “His passion for talent development and his strategic insight into workforce initiatives make him an invaluable asset to our organization and the broader manufacturing community.”

Gibbs brings over a decade of experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations. Since joining The Hershey Company in 2013 as a Production Supervisor, he has held several key roles, including Senior Sourcing Specialist and Senior Business Development Specialist. In 2020, he was promoted to Talent Development Manager, where he leads initiatives focused on workforce readiness and career development.

His impact extends beyond corporate walls. Gibbs has collaborated closely with the Association on programs such as the Pre-Apprenticeship initiative at the Milton Hershey School, helping to prepare the next generation of manufacturing professionals.
