SEK Welcomes Will Laubach, CPA as New Member of the Firm
SEK, CPAs & Advisors is pleased to welcome Will Laubach, CPA as a new Member of the Firm, effective October 1, 2025. Based in the Cumberland Valley, Laubach will focus on serving clients in the nonprofit, professional services, and manufacturing & distribution industries.
Laubach brings 13 years of experience from his role as a Director at an international accounting firm, where he managed audit engagements and led the Audit Data Analytics initiative for the government contracting group. His work focused on improving audit quality and efficiency through the use of innovative data analysis tools.
“Will’s expertise and leadership are a perfect complement to our growing team,” said Kara Darlington, CPA, Managing Member at SEK. “His client-focused approach and deep technical knowledge will strengthen the services we provide and further our commitment to excellence.”
Laubach is highly experienced in U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and compliance regulations under Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200). His areas of specialization also include accounting for income taxes, mergers & acquisitions, employee benefit plan audits, and federal compliance audits & reporting. He is passionate about fostering a culture of flexibility and inclusivity while aligning client service and growth opportunities with the firm’s goals and core values.

Outside of the office, Laubach enjoys fishing, sports, and spending time with his wife, Julianna, their three young daughters, and their energetic German Shepherd. Much of his free time is spent on the sidelines of the girls’ soccer games or gathering with friends and extended family.
