Barley Snyder Partner Troy Rider Named to Lehigh Valley Business 2025 Power List for Lawyers & Lobbyists
Reading, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that partner Troy B. Rider has been named to the Lehigh Valley Business’ 2025 Power List for Lawyers & Lobbyists. Rider is a member of Barley Snyder’s Business, Finance, Real Estate and Food & Agribusiness practice groups. With 18 years of experience, he counsels clients on all aspects of business transactions, including succession planning for closely held businesses and the structuring, negotiation and closing of commercial and financial transactions. In addition, Rider regularly advises business clients on corporate governance and best practices. His capabilities have earned him repeated recognition including inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© since 2021 and a spot on Lehigh Valley Business’s 2024 Law Power List. Rider is a member of the firm’s management committee and serves as Marketing Partner.
