Main Street Hanover Launches Pay-What-You-Can Marketing Program to Support Downtown Businesses

Hanover, PA – Main Street Hanover is proud to announce the launch of its new Main Street Hanover Pay-What-You-Can Marketing Program, an initiative designed to help downtown businesses strengthen their marketing efforts, enhance their online presence, and connect with more customers through professional promotional services.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding the economic capacity of downtown Hanover, improving the business environment, enhancing quality of place, and increasing community synergy, Main Street Hanover is investing directly in the success of local businesses by making professional marketing support more accessible.
“Small businesses are the heart of our downtown, but professional marketing services can often be a significant expense,” said Moriah Tyler, Executive Director of Main Street Hanover. “This program allows us to provide valuable marketing resources to businesses of all sizes while removing financial barriers. Our goal is simple: when downtown businesses succeed, Hanover succeeds.”
A Three-Month Customized Marketing Experience

While the program is designed to remain accessible, Main Street Hanover respectfully requests a minimum donation of $100 from participating businesses. Donations help offset the significant investment of staff time required for business interviews, content planning, photography, videography, editing, graphic design, and marketing support.
Suggested donation levels include:
  • $250 – Friend of Downtown
  • $500 – Community Builder
  • $1,000 – Downtown Champion
  • $2,000 – Full Program Value Sponsor
Businesses are welcome to contribute any amount above the minimum donation. If the suggested minimum presents a financial hardship, businesses are encouraged to contact Main Street Hanover. The organization’s goal is to keep professional marketing support available to businesses at all stages of growth.

  • Participate in an initial interview and site visit
  • Coordinate content creation schedules with Main Street Hanover staff
