Barley Snyder Welcomes Litigation Attorney Jennifer Carter to York Office
York, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that attorney Jennifer Carter has joined the firm as an associate in its York office.
Carter is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and also works with its Employment and Land Use teams. She represents businesses, property owners and other clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, guiding them through complex disputes with a practical, strategic approach.
Carter brings experience handling high-exposure litigation matters, including complex personal injury, premises liability, insurance defense, industrial disasters, construction disputes and commercial litigation. She has achieved favorable outcomes in a variety of cases, including securing defense verdicts at arbitration, obtaining summary judgment in liability matters, and contributing to successful trial outcomes in complex, multi-million-dollar disputes.

She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the York County Bar Association and was recently selected for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2026–2027.
