Barley Snyder Managing Partner Jennifer Craighead Carey Named to 2026 CPBJ 300

The annual CPBJ 300 recognizes influential executives, entrepreneurs, innovators and community leaders whose leadership and contributions are helping shape the future of Central Pennsylvania. This year’s list, selected by CPBJ editorial team, features 300 professionals across 29 categories representing a wide range of industries throughout the region.

Craighead Carey serves as Managing Partner and CEO of Barley Snyder, leading the firm’s strategic direction and growth. She is also an experienced member of the firm’s Employment Practice Group and chair of its Crisis Management Service Team. With more than 30 years of experience in employment law, she advises employers on workplace matters, investigations and risk management and represents clients in complex employment litigation.
In addition to her leadership at Barley Snyder, Craighead Carey serves as Chair of the Lancaster City Alliance Board of Directors and is actively involved in professional and community organizations throughout the region. Her contributions to the legal profession and Central Pennsylvania business community have earned her numerous distinctions, including recognition on Central Penn Business Journal’s Power Law List in 2024 and 2025 and Power 100 List in 2025.
