Anastasi is a registered patent attorney and partner in Barley Snyder's Intellectual Property Practice Group with nearly 30 years of experience. He advises clients on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution, intellectual property litigation, trademarks, copyrights and licensing matters. Anastasi currently serves as President of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, one of the world’s largest and most influential IP organizations.
Zachary J. Daly – Intellectual Property
Daly is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and is a registered patent attorney. He counsels clients on patents, trademarks, copyrights and intellectual property enforcement matters, helping businesses develop and protect innovative technologies and IP assets across a variety of industries. Daly recently graduated from the Leadership Chester County Class of 2026.
Michael W. Davis – Municipal Court
Davis is an attorney in Barley Snyder's Environment & Energy Industry Group and has more than three decades of experience advising public and private clients on environmental, municipal, land use and real estate matters. He has led high-profile redevelopment projects involving environmental compliance, Brownfield remediation and land use across Pennsylvania. Davis also has extensive experience serving as solicitor to local government entities.
