Farmers Insurance is now in Hanover, PA! 
 
The K2C2 Agency is looking for a full-time licensed insurance professional.  You’ll have the opportunity to grow a flourishing business, all while making a difference in people’s lives.  We believe in continuous growth and development, both for our employees and our clients.  If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please send in your resume. Responsibilities (include, but not limited to:)
 

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Acquire new clients to our insurance agency by selling Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life Insurance, and Commercial as well as other complimentary products available.
• Identify sales opportunities, prospect potential customers, and effectively close sales.
• Maintain customer files and activity in our agency management system.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting, rating, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Uphold a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.
• Meet daily phone time & sales quotas as directed by management.
• Complete company and regulatory educational/training requirements in a timely manner.

• Proficiency in follow-thru and follow-up.
• Attention to detail and be able to follow documentation for procedures.

Requirements
 

• PA Property and Casualty license.
• PA Life and Health license.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to handle customer rejection.
• Self-confident and self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background/credit check.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required.
